Emily Traxel is a leadership coach and professional geoscientist with senior level leadership experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Master of Science (BSC) both in Environmental Science from the University of Waterloo. She is also currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Specialization) part-time through Laurentian University, to deepen her understanding of human behaviour and team dynamics.

Emily completed her coach training through Erickson Coaching International in 2018 and has spent the past seven years helping leaders enhance self-awareness, sharpen decision-making, and maximize their impact. She is a skilled facilitator, trained with ICA Associates.

Emily also holds the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation through the Risk and Insurance Management Society and is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. She integrates her expertise in leadership, risk management, coaching, and facilitation to help individuals in technical professions and leadership roles achieve their highest possible levels of performance.
